汉英名名复合词对比研究

【摘要】：无论是在汉语还是在英语中，复合构词都是非常重要的构词方法。复合词是现代汉语词汇的主流，，英语复合词数量也很多，复合法的地位仅次于派生法，因此复合词有极重要的研究意义。国内外学者从一系列角度对此进行了研究，研究主要集中于分析复合词构成成分间的句法语义关系。近年随着认知语言学的兴起，也有不少学者从认知语言学的角度研究复合词体现出的认知机制。 本文主要从认知和语义两个角度，在梳理前人的研究成果并充分分析汉英语名名复合词语料的基础上，分析汉英两种语言中的名名复合词的结构，找出它们的异同，及其背后隐含的认知机制，以加深对汉英名名复合词的认识。在实践上，此研究对于汉英语的互译、汉英对比研究、语文教学、对外汉语教学、汉语信息处理等也具有一定的指导意义。 本文共分为六章。第一章对本文的研究对象汉英名名复合词作出界定，并综述了国内外的研究现状。第二章简要要介绍了本文的研究目的和研究方法，并对语料来源做了说明。第三章对比了汉英名名复合词的句法和语义结构。第四章运用概念合成理论,分析了汉英名名复合词的解码机制，通过对比分析，我们发现概念合成机制具有普遍性，汉语和英语名名复合词的意义合成心理过程是极相似的，只是在具体概念合成网络上各有偏重。第五章在概念整合理论的基础上构建了一个认知编码网络，并提出汉英语中还有其他编码机制在起作用。正是在这些编码机制的共同作用下，汉英名名复合词才表现出如此丰富的语言形式，汉语名名复合词和英语名名复合词的异同也由此产生。第六章为结语，对本文的主要观点进行总结，并指出本文的不足之处和今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Compound word formation is a very important word formation method both in Chinese and English. Compound words are the mainstream of modern Chinese vocabulary, and the number of compound words in English is also very large. The position of compound words is second only to derivative method, so it is of great significance to study compound words. Scholars at home and abroad have studied this from a series of perspectives, mainly focusing on the analysis of the syntactic and semantic relationship between the constituent components of compound words. In recent years, with the rise of cognitive linguistics, many scholars have studied the cognitive mechanism of compound words from the perspective of cognitive linguistics. On the basis of combing the previous research results and analyzing the corpus of Chinese and English nominal compound words, this paper mainly analyzes the structure of nominal compound words in Chinese and English languages and finds out their similarities and differences from the perspectives of cognition and semantics. And the underlying cognitive mechanism to deepen the understanding of the compound words of Chinese and English names. In practice, this study also has some guiding significance for the translation between Chinese and English, the contrastive study between Chinese and English, the teaching of Chinese, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, the processing of Chinese information and so on. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter defines the compound words of Chinese and English names, and summarizes the research status at home and abroad. The second chapter briefly introduces the purpose and method of the research, and explains the source of the corpus. The third chapter compares the syntactic and semantic structure of Chinese-English name compound words. In Chapter 4, we analyze the decoding mechanism of Chinese-English compound words by using the theory of conceptual composition. Through comparative analysis, we find that the mechanism of conceptual synthesis is universal, and the psychological process of meaning synthesis of Chinese and English compound words is very similar. Only in the specific conceptual composition of the network has its own bias. In chapter 5, we construct a cognitive coding network based on conceptual integration theory, and propose that there are other coding mechanisms in Chinese and English. It is under the joint action of these coding mechanisms that Chinese and English compound words of nominal names show such rich linguistic forms, and the similarities and differences between Chinese and English compound words of nomenclature also result in the similarities and differences between Chinese and English nomenclature compound words. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, summarizes the main points of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of this paper and the future research direction.
