文化关照下的语用策略：中美时事网页中读者的批评言语行为对比分析

　　言语行为的研究是跨文化语用学的重要课题之一。当中关于中西文化规范下的请求、道歉、恭维等言语行为的对比研究不胜枚举,并且产生了大量的研究成果。相比之下,批评作为日常生活中常见的言语行为便存在着很大的研究空间与研究价值,尤其是具体的网络交流中的批评言语行为。基于特定言语行为反映特定文化的观点,本文从跨文化语用学的角度对中美时事网页中的批评言语行为进行对比分析,并尝试探讨两组行为背后所反映的主要的中美文化规范。论文以言语行为理论、面子论、以及文化可变性维度为基础,分析凤凰时事评论、中国日报、大洋新闻、腾讯新闻、华盛顿邮报、美国新闻与世界报道、纽约时报的网站中,关于2009年国内和国际的时政报道的共480条读者的批评留言。研究用频率对比和卡方检验的方式显示两组留言在使用批评策略上的异同,并探讨两者在不同类型的情景语境下语用偏好的变化情况。根据卡方检验结果χ2（19,0.000）=57.016>χ2（19,0.05）=30.14,中美时事网页中两国读者的批评言语行为存在显著性差异。而进一步的检验分析显示显著性体现在部分批评策略的使用上。此外,在情景语境类型变化（即不同类型的时事主题、社会距...
