中英单人脱口秀的幽默策略对比研究

从社会学到心理学,哲学到语言学,幽默长期以来受到各个不同领域学者的欢迎。作为一种世界共有的语言现象和受人欢迎的交际形式,幽默在人际交流中起着重要的作用。随着不同国家之间越来越频繁跨文化交际,单人脱口秀从西方国家传入中国。作为一种喜剧形式,单人脱口秀深受男女老少的喜爱。然而,虽然越来越多的人擅长使用一门外语,但对不同文化幽默的理解和欣赏仍然存在许多障碍。这种障碍很大程度上是由于不同国家所使用的不同幽默策略导致的。通过对比英汉两种语言的单人脱口秀,本文试图找出两种不同文化在使用幽默策略上的异同。幽默策略的相同点分为宏观策略和微观策略两方面。宏观策略是指通过违反交际原则实现的幽默。根据Grice (1989)的理论,幽默是违背会话准则的,即量的准则、质的准则、相关准则和方式准则。因此幽默语言学家有一共识:幽默至少会违背合作原则的四条准则中的一条。换句话说,对合作原则的违反可以视为一种幽默策略。微观策略指语言层面上的幽默策略。英文和中文的脱口秀都包括通过文字游戏实现的幽默,即利用语言的内部特征达到幽默效果。这种语言策略包括语音、词汇、句法和语义等方面。英汉脱口秀幽默策略的不同点主要在于非语言层...
