【摘要】：本文以汉语语调的聚焦表意特征和传情表态特征为基础理论框架,运用语音分析软Praat,对刑事庭审问答中特指问句(包含特指反问句)的语用功能进行有声性实证研究。聚焦表意特征由调核体现。由于汉语是声调语言,因此,调核由韵律单位的音域、音阶和音长共同决定。传情表态特征主要通过音域中线的波动、语速的急缓以及轻音的重读现象实现。聚焦表意特征下,庭审特指问句的语用功能由调核与疑问焦点是否一致触发。传情表态特征下,庭审特指问句的语用功能由调核、疑问焦点、音域中线、语速以及轻音的超常表现综合作用而成。庭审特指反问句的语用功能由聚焦表意和传情表态两大特征共同作用。聚焦表意特征下,调核与疑问焦点的结合或分离,引发疑问焦点的超重音现象或虚化用法,与反问句命题信息的否定密切相关。传情表态特征下,音域中线、语速和轻音的超常表现用于表达情感上的“言外之意”聚焦表意特征下,当调核与疑问焦点重合时,特指问句用于表示确认、求证,以及追问；当调核与疑问焦点分离时,特指问句用于表示对比、强调,提醒、暗示,以及移情顺应。传情表态框架下,特指问句多用于表达消极情感,例如责训。刑事庭审特指反问句在聚焦表意和传情表态特征的综合作用下,用以表达申明警告、质疑不满、反驳申辩等负面情感。
