泰国职校新手教师汉语课堂管理研究

【摘要】:在中泰政府的大力支持下,对外汉语教学如火如荼地在泰国兴起,学习汉语的热潮席卷泰国中小学、职校、大学、社会培训机构等,汉语受到泰方各界人士的高度重视,赴泰汉语志愿者教师也随之应运而生。介于中泰地理、文化、语言等差异,很多赴泰志愿者教师,尤其是新手教师常感力不从心。笔者置身泰国职校教学一年的时间发现新手教师课堂管理较其他问题更为突出,甚至严重影响教学进程,因此,对泰国新手教师汉语课堂管理的研究非常重要。本研究针对课堂管理问题,通过实地教学研究,对职校新手教师课堂管理进行观察、问卷调查、教师日志分析等,发现职校新手教师就学生问题行为、课堂环境、课堂氛围、课堂规则制定等四方面的处理上存在问题,导致教学期间问题频发,课堂管理问题不断。笔者分析、反思课堂管理出现的问题及原因,根据中外课堂管理研究及相关经验提出建议,以此希望帮助新手对外汉语教师解决课堂管理的实际问题。
[Abstract]:With the support of the Chinese and Thai government, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has risen in full swing in Thailand. The upsurge of learning Chinese has swept through Thailand's primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, universities, social training institutions and so on. Chinese is highly valued by Thai people from all walks of life, Chinese volunteer teachers to Thailand also came into being. Between Sino-Thai geography, culture, language and other differences, many volunteer teachers to Thailand. In particular, the novice teachers often feel unable to do it. After one year of teaching in Thailand vocational school, the author found that the classroom management of novice teachers is more prominent than other problems, and even seriously affects the teaching process. It is very important to study the Chinese classroom management of the novice teachers in Thailand. This study aims at the classroom management problems, through the field teaching research, to observe the classroom management of the novice teachers in vocational schools, questionnaire survey. Teachers log analysis found that the novice teachers of vocational schools on student behavior, classroom environment, classroom atmosphere, classroom rules and other four aspects of the processing of problems, resulting in frequent problems during the teaching period. The author analyzes and reflects on the problems and causes of classroom management, and puts forward some suggestions according to the research of classroom management at home and abroad and related experience. In order to help the novice TCFL to solve the practical problems of classroom management.
