【摘要】：正由国家语言文字工作委员会组编并发布,包括"绿皮书""黄皮书"四个子系列,"白皮书""蓝皮书"实时记录当年中国语言文字事业发展情况以及中国和世界语言政策、语言规划、语言状况和热点事件,及时提供反映语言生活的调查报告和相关数据。旨在服务国家社会需求,研究现实语言问题,保护和开发语言资源,引导社会语言生活和谐发展。
[Abstract]:It is being compiled and published by the National working Committee on languages and characters, including the four sub-series of "Green Paper" and "Yellow Book", and the "Blue Book" of the White Paper, which records in real time the development of Chinese language and characters in those years, as well as the language policies of China and the world.
