面向初级水平英语背景留学生的汉字教学研究

【摘要】:全球范围内的“汉语热”吸引了大批外国学生来华学习汉语,使得我国对外汉语教学事业得到了迅速发展。对外汉字教学作为对外汉语教学的基本组成部分,其重要性不容忽视。但因其与来自非汉字文化圈的欧美学生熟悉的母语文字之间存在巨大差异,导致英语背景学生在学习汉字时面临着巨大的困难,尤其是初级水平的欧美学生普遍认为汉字像一幅看不懂的画儿,不知该如何学习汉字。因此,为了解决这一问题,笔者首先对对外汉字教学现状做了调查,通过对50名来自英语背景地区留学生做的调查访问以及总结前人的研究成果得出,现有的初级水平对外汉字教学面临的基本问题为:对外汉字教学在对外汉语教学中处于附属地位以及对外汉字教学缺乏系统性和针对性。导致这些问题产生的原因,即影响欧美学生汉字学习效果的主要因素为:汉字自身因素、学习者因素、教学法因素。了解了造成汉字“难教难学”的原因之后,笔者以前人的研究成果作参考,在此基础上提出了三点创新性与实用性结合的教学对策,即采用汉字特点与英文特点相结合的教学、多媒体技术辅助汉字教学、提高课堂趣味性辅助汉字教学。笔者希望对外汉语教师能在教学实践中采用以上三点教学对策,以此改善初级阶段欧美学生汉字学习效果不佳的状态。
[Abstract]:The "Chinese craze" in the world has attracted a large number of foreign students to study Chinese in China, which makes the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language a basic part of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language. Its importance can not be ignored. However, because of the great difference between it and the native language familiar to the students from non-Chinese cultural circle, English background students are faced with great difficulties in learning Chinese characters. In particular, European and American students at the primary level generally think that Chinese characters are like an incomprehensible picture, and they do not know how to learn Chinese characters. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the author first made an investigation on the current situation of teaching Chinese characters in foreign countries. Based on a survey of 50 foreign students from English-speaking backgrounds and a summary of previous research results, The basic problems in the teaching of Chinese characters abroad at the present primary level are as follows: the teaching of Chinese characters as a foreign language is attached to the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the teaching of Chinese characters as a foreign language lacks systematicness and pertinence. That is to say, the main factors that affect the learning effect of Chinese characters in European and American students are: the factors of Chinese characters themselves, the factors of learners and the factors of teaching methods. On the basis of this, the author puts forward three teaching countermeasures of combining innovation and practicability, that is, the combination of Chinese character characteristics and English characteristics, and multimedia technology to assist the teaching of Chinese characters. The author hopes that the teachers of Chinese as a foreign language can adopt the above three teaching countermeasures in the teaching practice so as to improve the poor learning effect of Chinese characters in the primary stage of students in Europe and the United States.
