“创造性叛逆”的原意、语境与适用性——并论译介学对“创造性叛逆”的挪用与转换

【摘要】：埃斯卡皮在《文学社会学》中提到的"创造性叛逆"一词,在译介学研究中长期存在误读与误用,主要表现在把埃氏的"叛逆"论的语境由文学社会学置换为译介学;把"叛逆"的主体由读者置换为译者;把广义上的作为翻译书籍的"翻译"转换成狭义的翻译;把语言转换意义上的带有形容词性质的"背叛"理解为译者对原作的"背叛";把读者通过阅读理解来延长作品生命力这种意义上的"创造性"理解为"背叛"的创造性,而对于埃氏关于"背叛"也不能"破坏"原作统一性的告诫则予以忽略。"译介学"对"创造性叛逆"论的引进援用具有一定的合理性,但由于在几个方面对"创造性叛逆"的适用性做了挪用与转换,由此也带来了理论上的一些破绽与问题,客观上触动了忠实原文这一基本的翻译属性与翻译伦理。"创造性叛逆"应该有其语境与限度,它只能用于对译介现象的客观描述,而不应成为译者的信条与指归。
[Abstract]:The term "creative treason" mentioned by Eskapi in Sociology of Literature has been misread and misused for a long time in the study of translation science, mainly in replacing the context of Escalade's theory of "treason" with that of literary sociology. The subject of "treason" is replaced by the reader as the translator, and the "translation" as a translated book in a broad sense is transformed into a narrow translation. "betrayal" in the sense of language transformation is understood as "betrayal" by the translator to the original, and the "creativity" in the sense of "betrayal" in the sense of extending the vitality of the work by the reader through reading comprehension is understood as the creativity of "betrayal". However, the admonition that "betrayal" should not "destroy" the unity of the original work is ignored. The introduction of the theory of "creative treason" has certain rationality. However, due to the misappropriation and conversion of the applicability of "creative treason" in several aspects, it has also brought some theoretical flaws and problems. "Creative treason" should have its context and limits. It can only be used to objectively describe the phenomenon of translation introduction, and should not become the translator's creed and reference.
