印尼万隆国际外语学院中文师资问题对策研究

【摘要】：当下,印尼万隆国际外语学院的中文师资面临重大问题,若不及时处理解决,学院的形象和存在会受到影响,将不利于印尼华语教育的长远发展。通过对学院中文师资问题的对策研究,笔者知悉造成这些问题的发生有外在因素和内在因素。外在因素可从印尼的历史背景和宪法规定的法治国家得知,在苏哈托总统专政的年代里,有很多总统令和法规,严禁华文教育和中华文化的传播,谁胆敢支持华文教育,则有可能被视为反对当政者的政策。印尼是回教国家,回教哲学观的唯心主义和中国共产党哲学观的唯物主义不同,唯物主义在印尼不被接受,不信教在印尼是很难立足的。因此,一部分教育部官员虽然知道现今佐科维总统时代已民主开放,与中国建立战略伙伴关系,但他们为了从自身利益出发,有的还担心以后若政治改变而遭殃,因此,对华教的宽松政策和规定,在实施上态度远不够积极。内在因素是万隆劲松基金会和学院领导层不能够和谐相处、共谋教育事业;基金会经常性撤换院长,影响学院的稳定进展。基金会领导层与学院领导层应群策群力,为十年树木、百年树人的教育大计,求同存异作出贡献。此外,印尼华语环境、学院管理制度对中文师资有深层的影响,还有教师的职业培养,资格认证、选拔录用,在职研修、考核评价和奖惩制度都影响着中文师资。如果学院利用完善的管理制度,使教师逐步趋向职业化、专业化,并在力所能及的情况下,提高专业知识和汉语水平,通过教学反思研究,树立敬业乐业终身学习的理念,将会为学院、也为印尼的华语教育作出贡献。针对学院中文师资问题,笔者力主国家教育部应实际兑现对华教政策和规定;基金会和学院领导应和谐相处,与有志之士和社会贤达共襄义举,群策群力为学院谋发展;而学院应依其妥善的管理制度,院长和助理们、教师和学生们团结在一起,为学院实现优质教学而努力。
[Abstract]:At present, the Chinese teachers of Wan Long International Institute of Foreign languages in Indonesia are facing major problems. If they are not dealt with in a timely manner, the image and existence of the Institute will be affected. It will not be conducive to the long-term development of Indonesian Chinese language education. The author knows that there are external and internal factors that cause these problems. External factors can be learned from Indonesia's historical background and the rule of law stipulated by the Constitution. In the days of President Suharto's dictatorship, there were many presidential decrees and regulations. The dissemination of Chinese language education and Chinese culture is strictly prohibited. Anyone who dares to support Chinese education may be regarded as opposing the policies of those in power. Indonesia is a Muslim country, and the idealism of Islamic philosophy is different from the materialism of the philosophy of the Communist Party of China. Materialism is not accepted in Indonesia, and it is very difficult to establish a foothold in Indonesia without believing in religion. Therefore, although some Ministry of Education officials know that under President Zokovi, they are now democratic and open to the outside world, they have established a strategic partnership with China. However, for the sake of their own interests, some of them still worry that they will suffer if political changes occur in the future. As a result, they have relaxed policies and regulations on education in China. The attitude towards implementation is far from positive enough. The intrinsic factor is that the leadership of Wan Long Jinsong Foundation and the College cannot get along harmoniously and conspire with the cause of education; the Foundation has regularly replaced its dean. Affect the steady progress of the institute. The leadership of the foundation and the leadership of the institute should work together to contribute to the education plan of ten years of trees and 100 years of education, seeking common ground while reserving differences. In addition, the Indonesian Chinese-speaking environment, The management system of the college has a deep influence on the Chinese language teachers, as well as the teachers' professional training, qualification certification, selection and employment, on-the-job study, evaluation and reward and punishment system. If the college makes use of the perfect management system, So that teachers gradually become professional, professional, and within the circumstances, improve professional knowledge and the level of Chinese, through teaching reflection and research, set up the concept of dedicated and happy lifelong learning, will be for the college, It also contributes to the Chinese language education in Indonesia. In view of the problem of Chinese teachers in the Institute, the author strongly suggests that the Ministry of Education should actually implement the policies and regulations on Chinese education; the leaders of foundations and colleges should live in harmony and participate with people with aspirations and social leaders. The college should work together according to its proper management system, the dean and assistant, teachers and students to work together for the college to achieve quality teaching.
