“一带一路”背景下小语种专业人才培养的机遇与对策——以西北四省区高校为例

【摘要】：我国西北四省区(新疆、青海、甘肃、宁夏)是"一带一路"倡议推进的重要区域与窗口,这给四省区高校小语种专业人才的培养工作带来了重大挑战与机遇。然而,四省区高校关于相关小语种专业人才的培养却较为薄弱。在此背景下,需要四省区相关高校与部门以此为契机,从小语种专业招生规模、专业开设点、培养模式等方面加快改革,推动培养能力的提升以满足人才的需求。
[Abstract]:The four provinces and regions of Northwest China (Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia) are the important regions and windows of the "Belt and Road" initiative, which brings great challenges and opportunities to the cultivation of minority language professionals in colleges and universities in the four provinces and autonomous regions.However, the cultivation of relevant minority language professionals in the four provinces is relatively weak.In this context, it is necessary for the relevant universities and departments of the four provinces and regions to take this as an opportunity to speed up the reform from the aspects of the enrollment scale of minor language majors, the specialized opening points and the training model, so as to promote the upgrading of the training ability to meet the needs of talents.
