山西晋中灵石方言面食词汇与文化研究

【摘要】:中国面食看山西,山西面食看晋中,晋中面食属灵石。灵石地理位置优越,物产丰富,人民勤劳质朴,在当地有“一样面百样吃”的说法,面食种类繁多,故本文以灵石面食词汇为主要研究对象,通过实地考察和文献研究的方法,对灵石当地面食词汇进行了分类总结,探究其构词的特点以及相关的民俗文化,希望能够填补灵石方言研究中关于词汇与文化研究的不足。本文主要分成七个部分。第一部分为引言,介绍了灵石当地的地理位置、历史沿革及方言研究的现状,说明了本文的研究对象、目的、意义以及研究方法,并简单介绍了灵石方言的语音系统,为下文做铺垫。第二部分为灵石饮食与面食文化特点,从自然因素、人文因素、历史因素、文化因素四个方面分析了灵石以面食为主、面食种类丰富多样的原因,并介绍了独具当地特色的面食文化特点。第三部分为灵石方言面食词汇,把调查到的词汇根据不同的制作方式进行了分类,分为煮食类、蒸食类、烤烙类、炸炒类,并分析这些面食词汇的构词特点,以复合式中的偏正式和动宾式为主,附加式以前缀“圪”和后缀“子”为主,重叠以AA式和ABB式为主。第四部分为灵石方言面食词汇的命名理据,从直接命名和间接命名两个角度来分析面食的命名理据,能够在一定程度上了解当地的造词方式,挖掘出面食词汇形成的社会文化根源。第五部分为民间节日中所反映出的面食词汇与文化,分析了当地重大节日中的饮食与习俗、人生中重要礼仪的饮食与习俗,折射出了当地的文化特点。第六部分为俗语中所反映出的面食词汇与文化,面食常被作为隐喻的意象,广泛应用在人们的语言当中,反映出日常的生活经验和人生哲理,具有当地的特色。第七部分为结语,总述本文的主要内容及观点,并指出本文的不足。
[Abstract]:Chinese pasta to Shanxi, Shanxi pasta to Jinzhong, Jinzhong pasta is Lingshi. Lingshi is superior in geographical location, rich in products, hardworking and simple, and there is a saying of "same noodles and hundreds of samples" in the local area. There are many kinds of pasta. Therefore, this article takes Lingshi pasta vocabulary as the main research object, through the method of field investigation and literature research. This paper classifies and summarizes the local pasta vocabulary of Lingshi, probes into the characteristics of its word-formation and related folk culture, and hopes to fill up the deficiency in the study of vocabulary and culture in Lingshi dialect. This paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the local geographical location, historical evolution and the present situation of dialect research, explains the research object, purpose, significance and research method, and briefly introduces the phonetic system of Lingshi dialect. Pave the way for the following. The second part is the characteristics of Lingshi diet and pasta culture. From the aspects of natural factors, humanistic factors, historical factors and cultural factors, the author analyzes the reasons for the variety of pasta. And introduced the unique local characteristics of pasta culture. The third part is the vocabulary of noodle food in Lingshi dialect. According to different ways of making, the words are classified into cooking, steaming, roasting, fried, and the word-formation characteristics of these words are analyzed. In the compound type, the partial formality and verb-object type are the main, the additional type is prefix "GE" and the suffix "sub-", and the overlap type is AA type and ABB type. The fourth part is the nomenclature motivation of Lingshi dialect noodle food vocabulary, from direct naming and indirect naming to analyze the nomenclature motivation of pasta, to a certain extent, we can understand the local word-making methods. Explore the social and cultural roots of the formation of pasta vocabulary. The fifth part is the folk festival reflected in the vocabulary and culture of pasta, the analysis of the local major festivals in the diet and customs, life important etiquette of the diet and customs, reflecting the local cultural characteristics. The sixth part is the vocabulary and culture of pasta reflected in the common saying. Pasta is often used as a metaphorical image, widely used in people's language, reflecting daily life experience and life philosophy, with local characteristics. The seventh part is the conclusion, which summarizes the main contents and viewpoints of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
