泰北华文民校汉语教学发展现状研究

【摘要】:泰北华文民校汉语教学作为海外华文教育基地,历史悠久,不断地成长和壮大,很多学校现己成为今天泰国华校中的示范学校,是泰国华文教育发展的典范。本文从多方面对泰北华文民校进行调查和研究,发现泰北华文民校的教学环境良好,学生的课外活动丰富。同时,笔者也发现了诸多问题,如生源构成较为复杂;本土教师成为师资队伍的主力,但是整体师资缺乏梯队建设,梯队断代,缺乏中坚力量,考核机制不完善,师资队伍不稳定;汉语教材很丰富,但是多数教材内容离学生生活距离较远,不能与时俱进地反映中国国内的现状,缺少适用性;教学方法比较陈旧传统,缺乏创新;学生学习目标不明确,缺法对汉语学习的兴趣和动力。针对这些问题,笔者认为设立具体的管理机构,对华校实施年度考评,完善中文部管理机构建设,进一步培养管理人才,制定中文发展规划,坚持管理工作的连续性;尽快建立一支相对稳定的优秀的本土化教师队伍,选拔优秀教师,建立一个中文教学科研示范小组,逐渐形成高效课堂教学特色。笔者希望本文的研究能够让我们认识到目前泰北华文民校汉语教学中存在的问题,并加紧改善,把泰北华文民校建设成为名副其实的华校,进而推动整个泰国的华文教育事业的发展。
[Abstract]:As an overseas Chinese language education base, Chinese teaching in northern Thailand has a long history. Many schools have now become the model schools in Thai Chinese schools, and are the models for the development of Thai Chinese education. This paper investigates and studies the Northern Thai Chinese School in many aspects and finds that the teaching environment is good and the extracurricular activities of students are abundant. At the same time, the author also found many problems, such as the formation of students is more complex, local teachers become the main force of the teaching staff, but the overall teachers lack of echelon construction, echelon generation, lack of backbone, the examination mechanism is not perfect. The Chinese teaching materials are very rich, but most of them are far away from the students' life, can not reflect the current situation of China with the times, lack of applicability, the teaching methods are old and traditional, and lack of innovation; Students' learning goals are not clear, lack of interest in Chinese learning and motivation. In view of these problems, the author thinks that the establishment of specific management agencies, the implementation of the annual evaluation of the Chinese school, the improvement of the management organization construction of the Chinese Department, the further training of management personnel, the formulation of Chinese development plan, adhere to the continuity of management work; As soon as possible, we should set up a relatively stable team of excellent local teachers, select excellent teachers, set up a demonstration group of Chinese teaching and scientific research, and gradually form the characteristics of efficient classroom teaching. The author hopes that the research in this paper will enable us to recognize the existing problems in Chinese teaching in Northern Thai Chinese language School, and to speed up the improvement, so as to build the Northern Thai Chinese language School into a Chinese school worthy of its name. And then promote the development of the whole Thai Chinese language education.
