“以卒待之”“卒”义辨

【摘要】：在“仓猝”义项上,“卒”可通过与“猝”音同、“猝”与“乍”义同以及“乍”与“诈”音同等关系辗转与“诈”建立了联系;在其他义项上,比如“诈”的“欺诈”义上,“卒”和“诈”毫无关联。因此《孙子兵法·势篇》“以利动之,以卒待之”句中的“卒”不当为“欺诈”之“诈”,而当为“仓猝”之“猝”。俞樾正“卒”为“诈”,似是而非。
[Abstract]:In the meaning of "storehouse quenching", the "pawn" can be connected with "quenching", "quenching" and "sudden" meaning, and the same relationship between "sudden" and "deceitful" meaning, while in other meanings, such as "fraud", "fraud" is used in other meanings. The pawn has nothing to do with fraud. Therefore, the phrase "pawn" in the sentence of "Sun Tzu's Art of War" is "deceitful" and should be regarded as "haste" of "storehouse quenching" in the sentence of "benefit for action" and "pawn" in the sentence of "treatment of pawns". Yu Yue is "pawn" for "fraud", specious.
