自我监控与交传质量相关性研究实验报告

【摘要】:随着对外交流加深,翻译市场的需求不断增加。然而译员的专业化水平普遍达不到市场要求,阻碍了整个行业的发展。一方面翻译本科专业、翻译硕士专业进行扩招,社会上各类翻译培训机构蓬勃发展,另一方面口译本科、硕士专业的毕业生及翻译培训机构培训的译员,在毕业后、结课后,真正从事并且胜任翻译及相关行业的译员所占比重小。在探究导致这种不平衡的原因时,外界往往将矛头指向各高校及相关培训机构,往往忽视作为主体的译员应当承担的责任。近年来元认知意识的构建逐渐引起学界重视,考虑到翻译专业的学习特点及学生阶段性特点,元认知意识尤其是自我监控意识在翻译专业的学习中显得尤为重要。因此本文从学生元认知意识中自我监控意识培养出发,采用实证研究的方式着重讨论学生自我监控能力与交替传译质量的相关性。笔者将所有被试分为实验组和对照组,以评估量表的填写为变量、通过三次口译测试推定学生自我监控能力与交替传译质量的相关性。实验结果表明,在第一个学习阶段实验组被试进步明显,在第二学习阶段与第三学习阶段,虽然增速减缓,但仍高于对照组。由此得出结论,学生自我监控与交替传译质量呈正相关。本研究的创新点在于充分结合了口译专业学习特点和学习者特点,突出学生在学习过程中的主体地位,跨学科结合认知心理学的相关知识,将元认知意识中的自我监控意识引入口译专业学习者的学习理论当中。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of foreign exchanges, translation market demand is increasing. However, the professional level of interpreters generally fails to meet the market requirements, hindering the development of the whole industry. On the one hand, as a result of the expansion of undergraduate courses in translation and master's degree in translation, all kinds of translation training institutions have flourished in the community. On the other hand, after graduation, the graduates of interpretation courses, graduates of master's degree and interpreters trained by translation training institutions, finish their classes after graduation. Translators who are truly engaged and competent in translation and related industries account for a small proportion. When exploring the causes of this imbalance, the outside world often takes the blame on universities and related training institutions, and often neglects the responsibility of the interpreter as the main body. In recent years, the construction of metacognitive consciousness has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. Considering the characteristics of translation major and the characteristics of students' stages, metacognitive consciousness, especially self-monitoring consciousness, is particularly important in the study of translation major. Therefore, starting from the cultivation of self-monitoring consciousness in students' metacognitive consciousness, this paper focuses on the correlation between students' self-monitoring ability and consecutive interpretation quality by means of empirical research. All the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group. With the filling of the evaluation scale as the variable, the correlation between the students' self-monitoring ability and the quality of consecutive interpretation was deduced by three interpretation tests. The experimental results showed that the experimental group improved obviously in the first learning stage, and in the second learning stage and the third learning stage, the growth rate was slower, but still higher than that of the control group. It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between students' self-monitoring and the quality of consecutive interpretation. The innovation of this study is to fully combine the characteristics of interpreting majors with the characteristics of learners, to highlight the main position of students in the process of learning, and to combine cross-disciplinary knowledge with relevant knowledge of cognitive psychology. This paper introduces the self-monitoring consciousness of metacognitive consciousness into interpreting learners' learning theory.
