商务交际中的冲突性话语研究

【摘要】：冲突性话语指交际双方因为意见分歧,而产生的语言上的对立和争执。本文以"和谐管理理论"为研究框架,以电影Jobs(2013)中的冲突性话语为语料,探讨企业家Jobs如何管理商务交际中的会话冲突,并分析电影对Jobs企业家形象的建构。研究发现:1)"冲突"是Jobs商务交际活动的一个重要元素;2)面对权力上级,Jobs倾向于使用缓和性冲突管理,而较少使用加剧性冲突管理,语言选择上偏向弱势、隐性冲突语;面对权力下级,多使用加剧性冲突管理,语言选择偏向强势、显性冲突语;面对权力平级,缓和性和加剧性冲突管理都有涉及,但整体上更倾向于强势冲突语;3)电影通过Jobs的冲突管理策略,建构了一个个性张扬、锐意创新、颇具前瞻性的企业家形象。
[Abstract]:Conflicting discourse refers to the linguistic antagonism and dispute between the two sides because of their different opinions. Taking the theory of harmonious management as the research framework and the conflicting discourse in the film obshless 2013 as the corpus, this paper discusses how the entrepreneur Jobs manages the conversational conflict in business communication, and analyzes the construction of the image of the Jobs entrepreneur in the film. The study found that "conflict" is an important element of Jobs business communication. In the face of power superior, Jobs tends to use moderating conflict management, but less use of aggravated conflict management, language choice tends to be weak, implicit conflict language; In the face of lower levels of power, more use of management of aggravated conflict, language choice in favor of strong, explicit conflict language; face to power level, mitigation and exacerbation of conflict management are involved, But on the whole, the film is more inclined to the strong conflict. Through the conflict management strategy of Jobs, the film constructs an enterpriser image with personality, innovation and foresight.
