“一带一路”背景下的孔子学院发展策略探讨

【摘要】："一带一路"的发展倡议和孔子学院的全球建设实践是中国开展现代化建设、加快国际化步伐的重要依托,两者的相互配合能够更好地推动中国的全球化发展进程。然而,当前孔子学院的办学模式单一、发展不均衡等问题,制约了其在"一带一路"发展战略中本应发挥的功能,应拓宽办学模式、多在"一带一路"沿线的发展中国家布局、以持续发展为理念调整汉语教师的派遣方式,多方筹集发展资金,以适应国家发展战略的相应期望。
[Abstract]:The development initiative of "Belt and Road" and the global construction practice of Confucius Institute are the important support for China to carry out modernization construction and speed up the pace of internationalization. The cooperation between them can better promote the development of China's globalization. However, at present, the single mode of running a school and uneven development of Confucius Institutes restrict the functions it should play in the development strategy of "Belt and Road". It is necessary to broaden the mode of running a school and distribute it in the developing countries along "Belt and Road". According to the concept of sustainable development, this paper adjusts the dispatching mode of Chinese teachers and raises development funds in various ways to meet the corresponding expectations of the national development strategy.
