赴日汉语教师志愿者教学适应情况调查研究

【摘要】:本文通过问卷调查和深度访谈相结合的方法,对2014年至2016年33名赴日汉语教师志愿者的教学适应情况进行调查,力图考察这一群体的教学适应情况以及存在的教学困难,并希望通过对赴日汉语教师志愿者的研究,丰富和充实整个汉语教师志愿者项目的研究,为汉语教师志愿者提供切实的帮助。本文首先回顾了汉语教师志愿者以及教学适应的相关研究,对相关文献进行了综述,指出目前关于汉语教师志愿者的教学适应情况缺少更加深入的国别化分析以及针对一个国家或地区全体赴任志愿者情况的研究。本文以《国际汉语教师标准》为基础设置问卷调查,并结合五位志愿者的半结构式访谈调查,得出赴日汉语教师志愿者群体的整体适应情况:赴日汉语教师志愿者的教学适应情况总体较好,但是在把握日本学生的特点、教学方法与手段的选用、课堂活动的设计、应对学生的问题行为方面适应情况不太乐观,在具体的教学环节和教学项目方面也存在各种不同的困难。基于对志愿者群体的调查,本文认为导致这些适应困难的原因包括主观和客观两个方面,主观上存在志愿者汉语本体知识水平不足、志愿者缺乏教学经验、志愿者日语水平不足等原因;客观上存在学生群体较为特殊、孔子学院教学资源质量参差不齐、孔子学院与志愿者缺少有效的岗前沟通、志愿者工作任务较重等原因。在分析志愿者教学适应困难及其产生原因之后,本文提出提升赴日志愿者教学适应能力的建议,包括:志愿者管理机构方面:1、细化培训内容;2、做好新老志愿者交接工作。志愿者赴任单位方面:1、加强志愿者岗前岗后沟通工作;2、丰富和更新教学资源;3、适当增加志愿者人数。志愿者本人方面:1、提升自身专业水平;2、加强与其他志愿者互动。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the teaching adaptation of 33 Chinese teachers to Japan from 2014 to 2016 by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, and tries to investigate the teaching adaptation and teaching difficulties of this group. The author hopes to enrich and enrich the research of the whole Chinese teacher volunteer project through the research of the Chinese teacher volunteer in Japan, and provide practical help for the Chinese teacher volunteer. This paper first reviews the research on Chinese teachers' volunteers and teaching adaptation, and summarizes the relevant literature. It is pointed out that there is a lack of a more in-depth country-specific analysis on the teaching adaptation of Chinese teachers' volunteers and a study on the situation of all the volunteers in a country or region. Based on the International Standards for Chinese Teachers, this paper presents a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview with five volunteers. It is concluded that the Chinese teacher volunteer group in Japan is well adapted to the teaching, but the characteristics of Japanese students, the selection of teaching methods and means, the design of classroom activities, and so on. Coping with the problem behavior of students is not very optimistic, and there are various difficulties in the specific teaching links and teaching items. Based on the investigation of volunteers, this paper argues that the causes of these difficulties include subjective and objective, subjective Chinese ontology knowledge of volunteers is insufficient, volunteers lack of teaching experience. There are some reasons for the deficiency of volunteers' Japanese, such as the special student group, the uneven quality of teaching resources in Confucius Institute, the lack of effective pre-job communication between Confucius Institute and volunteers, the heavy task of volunteer work and so on. After analyzing the difficulties in teaching adaptation of volunteers and their causes, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the teaching adaptability of volunteers to Japan, including: volunteer management organizations: 1, detailed training content 2, do a good job in the transfer of new and old volunteers. Volunteers in the unit to strengthen the volunteer post communication work to enrich and update the teaching resources and appropriate increase in the number of volunteers. Volunteer side: 1, improve their professional level 2, strengthen interaction with other volunteers.
