汉越商务信函中拒绝言语行为对比研究

【摘要】:现代经济、科技的迅速发展为全球经济带来了无限商机与广阔的发展空间,各国之间的经贸往来也日益频繁。商务信函成为人们在经济领域内的一种重要的交际手段,通过商务信函,人们可以交流信息,联系业务,商谈贸易,磋商,处理相关问题,传递友谊等。现在商品流通领域已向前延伸到了生产领域和产前的各种活动,包括市场调查,产品开发,原料供应等,又向后扩展到了流通过程结束后的消费过程,包括售后服务,信息反馈等。因此,无论是哪一个经济主体,在生产,流通,消费各环节,都会因经济交往和商业活动而不间断地加强联系。商务信函就是进行这种联系的有效形式。所以,研究贸易书信里面的拒绝言语行为有助于掌握贸易书信的书写规格和语言表达,加强书写书信的计较,同时充分了解中国和越南的交际文化因素是很重要的。在前人所研究的基础上以及上诉的几条理由,本人拟定论文的题目为《汉越商务信函中拒绝言语行为对比研究》。希望所有越南汉语学习者都能够正确地使用适当的语言和合理的策略来表达拒绝的意图,以便得到最好的交际结果。论文分为4章:第一章介绍相关的理论基础,写明文章的研究目的和意义,同时对于商务信函的拒绝语言行为进行一个初步的论述。第二章论述汉语商务信函中拒绝言语行为的表达方式,本章将较为细致的剖析汉语言商务信函中拒绝语言的表达方式特征以及各特征所分布的比例。第三章论述越南语商务信函中拒绝言语行为的表达方式,本章将较为细致的剖析越南语言商务信函中拒绝语言的表达方式特征以及各特征所分布的比例。第四章将对比分析汉语商务信函与越南语商务信函拒绝语言特征,指出两种语言拒绝语言的相似点和不同店,并分析其后的文化内涵。文章从对汉语与越南语商务信函拒绝言语行为对比研究发现商务信函里中国人与越南人使用拒绝言语策略有相同性和差异性。汉语和越南语的商务信函中的拒绝策略和语气运用大同小异。言语是一种社会行为,也是人类最重要的交际工具,人与人之间通过语言对对方提出命令、要求、建议、邀请,但对方却不一定每次都对其作出肯定、同意的回应,导致此时使用拒绝言语行为来表达的需要。拒绝言语行为作为经济交际活动中必不可少的一个要素,而且拒绝言语行为的表达方式并不简单,使用词语必要特别谨慎,需要委婉友好语气以及懂得礼貌才能达到拒绝的效果。当贸易交往发展到冲突阶段时,信函是公司代言人更应该有策略地运用语言,恰当使用礼貌准则及合作准则,以体现发信者对收信者的友好、尊重、体谅,同时降低强烈程度、减弱对对方面子的威胁程度,给自己留有余地,满足对方的心理需求。写信人和收信人运用合作原则的规则以在一封贸易书信里提供足够的信息。然而,仅仅只跟着合作原则是远远不够以达到在商务信函的交际目标。之所以有两者之间共同点很多的这个情况是因为两国长久以来文化和地域上的联系是分不开的。中国和越南都是文明古国,礼仪之邦,历来就重视使用礼貌语言,商务信函的礼貌语言使用就有很多同样的规则。另外,因为深受家庭观念和佛教的影响,越南人的拒绝行为和中国人存在着不同之处。
[Abstract]:In the modern economy, the rapid development of science and technology has brought unlimited business opportunities and wide development space for the global economy, and the economic and trade exchanges between countries are increasingly frequent. Business letters have become an important means of communication in the economic field. Through business letters, people can exchange information, contact business, discuss trade, negotiate, and deal with each other. The field of commodity circulation has now extended to production and prenatal activities, including market survey, product development, raw material supply, etc., and back to the end of the circulation process, including after service, information feedback, etc. Business correspondence is an effective form of this connection. Therefore, the study of the denial of speech in trade letters helps to master the writing specifications and language expressions of trade letters, strengthen the calculation of writing letters, and fully understand it. The communicative cultural factors of the country and Vietnam are very important. On the basis of the previous studies and several reasons for the appeal, I have drawn up the title of the thesis "the contrastive study of the refusal of speech in the business letters of the Han Yue". I hope that all Vietnamese learners can correctly use the appropriate language and reasonable strategies to express their rejection. The purpose is to get the best result of communication. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters: the first chapter introduces the relevant theoretical basis, the purpose and significance of the study, and a preliminary discussion on the refusal of language behavior in business letters. The second chapter discusses the expression of the refusal of speech act in Chinese business letters. This chapter will be more detailed. The third chapter discusses the expression pattern of the refusal of speech in the Vietnamese business letters. This chapter will give a more detailed analysis of the expression of the expressions of the language in Vietnamese business letters and the proportion of their characteristics. The four chapter will compare the characteristics of the Chinese business correspondence and the Vietnamese business correspondence, and point out the similarities and different stores of the two languages, and analyze the subsequent cultural connotations. The article finds that the Chinese and the Vietnamese use the refusal to speak in the business correspondence from the comparison of the refusal of the language in the business correspondence between Chinese and Vietnamese. The language strategy has the similarities and differences. The refusal strategy and mood in Chinese and Vietnamese business letters are similar. Speech is a social behavior, and is also the most important communication tool for human beings. The response of consent leads to the need to use denial of speech act at this time. Denial of speech acts as an essential element in economic communication activities, and the expression of refusing speech acts is not simple. The use of words is necessary and careful. It needs a euphemistic and friendly mood and good manners to achieve the effect of refusal. When the trade communication develops to the conflict stage, the letter is that the spokesperson should use the language more strategically and properly use the politeness and cooperation guidelines to reflect the sender's friendly, respectful and considerate to the receiver, at the same time reducing the degree of intensity, reducing the threat to the face of the other party, giving himself room to meet the other side's psychology. Demand. The writer and the receiver use the rules of cooperation to provide sufficient information in a trade letter. However, only following the principle of cooperation is far from enough to achieve the communicative goal of business letters. The reason why there is a lot in common between the two is because of the long cultural and regional connection between the two countries. China and Vietnam are ancient civilizations. The state of courtesy has always attached great importance to the use of polite language. There are many same rules for the use of polite language in business letters. In addition, because of the influence of family ideas and Buddhism, the denial behavior of the Vietnamese is different from that of the Chinese.
