印尼坤甸市汉语教师的现状调查

【摘要】：坤甸市是印尼较早开始汉语教育的城市之一,坤甸市的汉语教育事业发展具有一定代表性。汉语教育的发展与汉语教师的素质密不可分,促进发展汉语教育发展要注意汉语教师的问题,因此,本文以坤甸市汉语教师状况为研究对象,了解印尼坤甸市汉语教师的实际情况,查明教师在教学中面临的教育问题,并且针对这些问题提出相应的对策。本文通过问卷调查及访谈的方式,对印尼坤甸市汉语教师的状况进行了调查研究。将在教师个体的专业情况、专业能力与学校的支持这三个方面中详细讨论坤甸市汉语教师存在的问题。本选题的研究意义在于对印尼坤甸市汉语教师的现状进行细致的了解和分析,发现其中存在的问题,并且做一定的分析,提出解决问题的建议,以期对今后印尼坤甸市乃至全国的汉语教育有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Kundian is one of the earliest Chinese education cities in Indonesia. The development of Chinese language education is closely related to the quality of Chinese teachers. To promote the development of Chinese language education, we should pay attention to the problems of Chinese teachers. To understand the actual situation of Chinese teachers in Kundian, Indonesia, to find out the educational problems faced by teachers in teaching, and to put forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems. This paper investigates the status of Chinese teachers in Kundian, Indonesia, by means of questionnaires and interviews. The problems of Chinese teachers in Kundian City are discussed in detail in the three aspects of teachers' professional situation, professional ability and school support. The research significance of this topic lies in the detailed understanding and analysis of the current situation of Chinese teachers in Kundian, Indonesia, finding out the existing problems, and making a certain analysis, and put forward some suggestions to solve the problems. It is expected to benefit the Chinese language education in Kundian, Indonesia and even the whole country in the future.
