社会行为论视阈下的机构性会话分析——以司法话语为例

【摘要】：会话分析作为语用学研究的重要分支之一,具有研究视角和研究方法多元化的发展趋势,而社会行为论则是其中新兴而独特的一员。司法话语是一种典型而重要的机构性会话,是司法过程中的重要组成部分,也是法律语言研究中的关注热点。本文在对机构性会话和司法话语进行界定,以及对机构性会话分析的主要研究方法进行回顾的基础上,介绍社会行为论这一会话分析的新视角,阐释其主要理论主张与研究方法,并以此理论为指引对司法话语进行了实证研究。
[Abstract]:As one of the important branches of pragmatics, conversational analysis has a trend of diversified research perspectives and methods, and social behavior theory is a new and unique member of it. Judicial discourse is a typical and important institutional conversation, is an important part of the judicial process, and is also the focus of attention in the study of legal language. Based on the definition of institutional conversation and judicial discourse, as well as the review of the main research methods of institutional discourse analysis, this paper introduces the new perspective of social behavior theory. It explains its main theories and research methods, and makes an empirical study on judicial discourse under the guidance of this theory.
