翻译硕士培养环境实证研究

【摘要】:翻译硕士培养单位的增速和规模令人瞩目,对其培养环境的研究成为必要。研究编制了翻译硕士培养环境量表,调查了7所高校844名学生的培养环境感知。数据分析结果表明:(1)翻译硕士培养环境量表是由社会环境、大学环境和教学环境三个因子构成;(2)我国翻译硕士培养环境整体状况尚可,但社会环境层面亟待改善;(3)翻译硕士培养环境感知在性别、学制、第一学历、在职与否、有无翻译实习经历、大学类型、地区、有无翻译资格证书、英语水平、翻译工作了解度变量上无显著差异,而在第一学历大学层次、年级、学习经历满意度变量上存在显著差异。制定相应法规是提高翻译职业地位、收入和雇主参与度的根本出路。
[Abstract]:The speed and scale of the training units in translation masters are remarkable, so it is necessary to study the training environment. The culture environment scale for the Master of Translation (MST) was developed and 844 students in 7 universities were investigated. The results show that: (1) the scale consists of three factors: social environment, university environment and teaching environment. However, the social environment needs to be improved urgently. (3) Environmental awareness in gender, academic system, first degree, on-the-job or not, translation practice, university type, area, certificate of translation qualification, English proficiency, etc. There was no significant difference in the degree of understanding of translation work, but there was significant difference in the variables of degree of satisfaction of first degree university, grade and learning experience. Making corresponding laws and regulations is the basic way to improve the professional status, income and employer participation of translators.
