《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》的设计与检验

【摘要】:本文通过分析新任海外汉语教师志愿者的需求和卸任海外汉语教师志愿者的经验,设计《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》,并运用统计学手段,检测该表中每一条目的重要性,并对该表进行效度和内在信度检验。然后,将修订后的表格运用到模拟实际交接中,测试其在实际应用过程中是否能传达准确的交接信息。最后,根据以上检测的结果,对《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》进行修订,指出本研究中的不足,并对与该表配套的汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接实施方案提出自己的设想。首先,通过访谈,了解新任志愿者的需求和卸任志愿者的经验,讨论《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》所应涵盖的范畴和内容,初步设计该表。其次,通过四种方式对《交接表》进行检验。第一,通过描述性分析计算均值,检验《交接表》中所包含条目的重要性。第二,以志愿者为《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》打分的总分为效标,逐一完成《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》内每一个条目的内在效标关联效度检验。第三,设计与《交接表》内容相匹配的《新任汉语教师志愿者适应情况自评表》和《新任汉语教师志愿者适应情况他评表》,分别交由特定人员作答,根据统计数据,对两张评价表的分数进行配对t检验,完成《交接表》的外在效标效度的检验。第四,通过计算得出克隆巴赫系数,检测《汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接表》的内在信度。最后,将设计完成的《交接表》交由相关人员填写,根据其填写的内容是否符合新任志愿者的需求和卸任志愿者的经验来调整《交接表》的形式、内容及语言表述方式,形成《交接表》的最后设计方案。同时,指出《交接表》检验过程中存在的不足,并对与《交接表》配套的汉语国际教育教师志愿者岗位交接实施方案提出自己的设想。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the needs of the new overseas Chinese teacher volunteers and the experience of the outgoing overseas Chinese teachers' volunteers, this paper designs the "assignment Table of Teachers of Chinese International Education", and applies statistical means. The importance of each item in the table was detected and the validity and intrinsic reliability of the table were tested. Then, the revised table is applied to simulate the actual handover to test whether it can convey accurate handover information in practical application. Finally, according to the results of the above tests, we revise the "Chinese International Education teacher Volunteer transfer Table", and point out the shortcomings of this study. This paper also puts forward its own tentative plan for the implementation of volunteer transfer of Chinese international education teachers. First of all, through interviews, we know the needs of new volunteers and the experience of retired volunteers, and discuss the scope and content of the assignment Table for Teachers of Chinese International Education, and design the table preliminarily. Secondly, the handover table is tested in four ways. First, the importance of the items contained in the handover table is tested by descriptive analysis. Secondly, taking the total score of volunteers as the effective standard, the correlation validity of each item in the Chinese International teacher's Volunteer assignment Table is tested one by one. Third, the design of the "Self-assessment form on the adaptation of newly appointed Chinese teacher volunteers" and the "other Assessment Table on the adaptation of newly appointed Chinese teacher volunteers", which match the contents of the "handover Table", are handed over to specific personnel to answer, respectively, according to the statistical data. The scores of the two evaluation tables were tested by paired t test, and the external validity of the handover table was tested. Fourthly, the internal reliability of the Chinese International Education teacher Volunteer assignment Table is tested by calculating the Crombach coefficient. Finally, the completed handover form is handed over to the relevant personnel to fill out. According to the needs of the new volunteers and the experience of the former volunteers, the form, content and language expression of the handover form are adjusted according to whether the contents filled in are in line with the needs of the new volunteers and the experience of the former volunteers. Form the final design of the handover Table. At the same time, the paper points out the shortcomings in the examination of the handover table, and puts forward its own plan for the implementation of the transfer of volunteer posts of Chinese international education teachers, which is matched with the handover table.
