我国高校外语教师科研行为发展及影响因素探究

【摘要】:科研发展是高校外语教师专业发展的重要手段和途径,而科研行为发展则是外语教师科研发展的关键。本研究采用叙事研究法和跨个案调查法,对3名高校外语教师的科研行为发展展开深度调查分析。结果表明:高校外语教师的科研行为呈现动态性、引导性、交互性和自主性等特征;科研行为的发展受知识与智能,个人效能及学术环境的影响。科研行为发展与教师所处环境中的各因素相互制约,构建了外语教师科研发展的现实态势。本研究不但可为中青年外语教师的科研成长提供思考,而且也为高校教师发展政策的制定与管理,国家对外语教师专业发展的宏观调控提供启示。
[Abstract]:The development of scientific research is an important means and approach for the professional development of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities, and the development of scientific research behavior is the key to the development of scientific research of foreign language teachers. In this study, narrative research and cross-case investigation were used to investigate and analyze the development of scientific research behavior of three foreign language teachers in colleges and universities. The results show that the research behavior of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities is characterized by dynamics, guidance, interaction and autonomy, and the development of research behavior is influenced by knowledge and intelligence, personal efficacy and academic environment. The development of scientific research behavior and the factors in the teachers' environment restrict each other and construct the present situation of foreign language teachers' scientific research development. This study can not only provide reflections for the scientific research growth of young and middle-aged foreign language teachers, but also provide inspiration for the formulation and management of teacher development policies in colleges and universities, and for the macro-control of the professional development of foreign language teachers by the state.
