国有企业语言服务需求调查分析及启示

【摘要】:本文以72家国有企业的语言服务需求调查数据为基础,分析了我国国有企业"走出去"的语言服务需求基本现状,指出当前我国企业"走出去"存在的对语言服务战略不重视、实践不规范等问题,提出企业应将语言服务作为企业全球化的基础性、战略性和先导性工作,跨越语言和文化障碍,积极参与国际市场竞争和发展。此外,相关各方应加强政产学研协同创新,提供多层次、多元化的语言服务。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the language service demand of 72 state-owned enterprises, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the language service demand of the state-owned enterprises in our country, and points out that the present existence of the "going out" in our country does not attach importance to the language service strategy. This paper puts forward that enterprises should regard language service as the basic, strategic and leading work of enterprise globalization, surmount language and cultural barriers, and actively participate in the competition and development of the international market. In addition, all parties concerned should strengthen the cooperative innovation of government, industry, education and research, and provide multi-level and multi-level language services.
