突降的语言特点及其语用功能分析

  本文以语用学中的合作原则为研究框架,研究突降这一常见修辞格。本文拟解决的问题是:1.突降的语言特点是什么?2.突降的语用生成机制是什么?3.突降是否已经成为一种语用策略,进而发展成一种叙述模式?4.我们能否将一些社会修辞行为等同于突降?这是否反映了修辞已经不再停留于写作表达层面上,而是成为一种思维模式,进一步渗透进了社会修辞心理?突降的语言特点主要体现于它的结构以及分类。突降的结构可分为单降、连续降、对照降以及多角度降。突降主要有以下三种:1.说话人或作者将一些重大事情与某桩无足轻重的事情牵扯在一起叙述,以求达到幽默或讽刺的效果。2.说话人或作者将某事物描绘得天花乱坠或无比重大,然后仿佛说话没有分寸一般,用无足轻重的东西作比或将无足轻重的东西牵扯在一起。3.说话人或作者叙述事情时,逆转读者想象而产生滑稽效果。突降其实产生于对日常语言使用的偏离,这样的偏离势必产生超常搭配,超常搭配必然违反语用学的相关规则,导致会话含义的产生,正是这种会话含义产生了其修辞效果。突降并不仅仅存在于句子层面,也存在于语篇层面,即它作为一种语用策略被应用于文学写作的信息安排中,故业已成为一种叙述模式。与隐喻一样...
