家庭言语冲突之语篇分析研究

　　冲突话语广泛存在于人际交往中,是一个普遍而复杂的社会现象。言谈互动中,说话人的断言、批评、指责、指使、质问、反问、猜疑等可能引发听话人的对撞性回应,即往往导致对方的不友好的争论、争吵、争执、反对、反驳等的话语,我们称之为冲突性话语。也就是说,交谈双方就某事物的观点、态度、认识、意见不一致而映射到话语上的相冲突。最早国外学者多集中在辩论冲突话语的研究上,国内外对冲突话语的研究队伍不断壮大,研究成果丰硕,角度也逐渐多样化。在此,我们从语用学的角度出发,分析探讨家庭矛盾引发的冲突话语。本文主要采用了实证研究方法中的定性和定量研究方法,语料主要来源于东方卫视每周一到周五晚播出的《幸福魔方》心理访谈节幕,该栏目主要是通过家庭问题的银屏再现,由我们作为“第三方”的介入或参与来协调并帮助当事人处理解决家庭纠纷的谈话类节目。我们将对其真实语料进行适当的转写归纳,运用Scollon的语篇系统（discourse system）分析总结引发家庭冲突的主要原因,主要涉及到性别语篇系统和代际语篇系统下的不同人际关系之间的矛盾诱因；在此基础上概括了冲突话语的六种常见的表现形式：争论式、非顺从式、反对、打断或重叠...
