汉语“虎”字成语的认知语义研究

带有动物名称的成语是汉语语言文化的重要组成部分,带有虎字的成语亦是如此。已有的研究主要从文化视角对汉语中的“虎”字成语进行探讨,而从认知语言学视角系统探讨“虎”字成语语义建构的研究则比较少。鉴于此,本文运用概念隐喻理论、概念转喻理论和概念整合理论,采用定性分析为主的方法,对汉语“虎”字成语进行比较系统的认知语义研究。本文主要从三个方面进行探讨:“虎”字成语的语义特征及“虎”字成语的分类;“虎”字成语语义建构的过程及其背后的认知机制;“虎”字成语语义建构的认知理据。通过仔细研究,本文有如下发现:(1)“虎”字成语的语义特征有以下三种:语义整体性和规约性;字面义与比喻义的语义双重性;暗含情感义。基于对“虎”字成语语义结构的分析,“虎”字成语被分为三类:凸显人类特性的“虎”字成语;凸显老虎特性的“虎”字成语;不凸显特定特性的“虎”字成语。比喻义凸显人类特性的“虎”字成语具体凸显以下四个方面:人的性情、人的相貌、人的社会身份以及人的行为。比喻义凸显老虎特性的“虎”字成语具体凸显以下四个方面:虎的危险、虎的高贵、虎的威猛、虎的敏捷。(2)“虎”字成语语义建构主要基于人类身体经验及人类对虎的观察或...
