日本“直木奖”作品版权引进现状研究（1978-2016）

【摘要】：“直木奖”是日本文坛领袖菊池宽于1935年设立的文学奖项。该奖项已成为日本大众文学最高奖项,是日本大众文学的风向标。改革开放以来,随着诸多外国文学作品引进到国内,日本的“直木奖”作品及相关作家作品逐渐进入到中国图书市场,为出版机构带来了良好的经济收益,受到了读者的广泛关注,但不同的作品在市场分配上呈现出迥然不同的反映。以东野圭吾、渡边淳一为代表的一部分作家在中国拥有高知名度和广泛的读者群体,与之相反的是,宫部美雪等获奖作家与作品却仅在豆瓣等社群性读书论坛有良好的接受度,更谈不上广泛的社会反响和丰硕的经济效益。论文旨在研究日本“直木奖”在国内引进过程中涉及的出版机构,并通过分析东野圭吾和宫部美雪两位作家的获奖作在中国市场的两种现状,归纳出版权引进中存在的问题,进而提出可行性解决措施。首先介绍论题的研究背景和研究现状、研究目的和意义、研究方法和选题创新之处,总结分析现有研究的不足。其次梳理“直木奖”引进作品版权的发展历史及介绍“直木奖”作品引进历史特点。将引进历史分为三个时期,分别为萌芽时期(1978-2000)、发展时期(2001-2008)以及繁荣时期(2009至今),并介绍“直木奖”作品在各个阶段的发展情况。再次对“直木奖”作品版权引进主体进行分析,确定出版机构为“直木奖”引进过程中的主体,并分析这些出版机构在引进过程中的行为,总结出版机构在引进过程中采用的品牌策略和文库策略。论文选取同为社会派作品的推理小说东野圭吾的《嫌疑人X的献身》和宫部美雪《理由》进行个案分析比较,分析两个案例的引进背景和市场反响。最后总结在引进“直木奖”作品的过程中存在的重复出版、选题不当、非法版权使用、翻译质量等问题,并提出严格选题、强化版权保护、完善翻译加工和扩宽营销渠道等建议,为出版机构在引进日本文学作品过程中提供可能的解决措施。
[Abstract]:The "Naoki Award" is a literary award set up by Japanese literary leader Kikuchi Kuikui in 1935. The award has become the highest award in Japanese popular literature and a vane of Japanese popular literature. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, With the introduction of many foreign literary works to China, Japanese "Direct Wood Award" works and related writers' works have gradually entered the Chinese book market, which has brought good economic benefits to the publishing institutions, and has received extensive attention from readers. However, the market distribution of different works is very different. Some of the writers represented by Keiwu Ono and Chun Yi Watanabe have a high profile and a wide readership in China. In contrast, Miyuki Miyuki and other award-winning writers and works only have a good acceptance in community reading forums such as Douban. The purpose of this paper is to study the publishing institutions involved in the introduction of the Japanese "straight Wood Award" in China. By analyzing the current situation of the winning works of Dongye Guiwu and Miyuki Miyuki Miyuki in China, the problems existing in the introduction of publishing rights are summarized, and the feasible solutions are put forward. Firstly, the research background and present situation of the thesis are introduced. The purpose and significance of the research, the research methods and the innovation of the topic, This paper summarizes and analyzes the shortcomings of the existing research. Secondly, it combs the development history of the introduction of copyright and introduces the historical features of the introduction of the "straight Wood Award" works. The introduction history is divided into three periods. This paper introduces the development of the "straight Wood Award" works in each stage, and analyzes the main body of copyright introduction of the "straight Wood Award" works, respectively, in the budding period (1978-2000) and in the prosperous period (2001-2008), and the development of the "straight Wood Award" works in each stage. To identify the publishing institutions as the main body in the introduction process of the "straight Wood Award" and to analyze the behavior of these publishing institutions in the process of introduction, This paper summarizes the brand strategy and library strategy adopted by the publishing institutions in the process of introduction. The thesis selects the reasoning novel "the dedication of suspect X" and the "reason for Miki Miyuki", which are also works of social school, to make case analysis and comparison. This paper analyzes the background of the introduction of the two cases and the market reaction. Finally, it summarizes the problems of repeated publication, improper selection, illegal copyright use, translation quality and so on in the process of introducing the "straight Wood Award" works, and puts forward the strict topic selection. Some suggestions, such as strengthening copyright protection, perfecting translation processing and broadening marketing channels, provide possible solutions for publishing institutions in the process of introducing Japanese literary works.
