[Abstract]:The "Foreign languages and Culture" (both Chinese and English) was held in Changsha, Hunan Province from February 24th 2017 to 25th. The conference was hosted by Hunan normal University. Hunan normal University School of Foreign languages, editorial Department of "Foreign language and Culture", Inspector Yin Feizhou, Hunan News, publication, Radio, Film and Television Bureau, Li Min, secretary of the party committee of Hunan normal University, attended the meeting to congratulate .26 well-known scholars from universities and colleges both at home and abroad.
