异托邦中的异托邦:当代美国医生书写中的空间叙事

【摘要】：当代美国医生书写在某种意义上可以看作是对福柯异托邦理论的阐释性写作。这主要体现在两个方面:首先,作为其书写的重要场域——医院本身就是一个异托邦;其次,医生书写创造了一个诗学空间来抵制理性至上和科技至上的职业规范以及社会规范。医生作家尝试在文学与医学构成的边缘空间,展示医院这个异托邦里各种关系构成的权力网络如何发挥作用及其后果。医生书写同时也是具有自觉意识的医生作家试图从边缘空间介入现实,建构新的自我的有益尝试。
[Abstract]:In a sense, the contemporary American doctor's writing can be regarded as the explanatory writing of Foucault's heterotope theory. This is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, as an important field of its writing-the hospital itself is a heterotope; second, Doctor writing creates a poetic space to resist the professional and social norms of rational and technological supremacy. In the marginal space of literature and medicine, doctors and writers try to show how the power network formed by the various relations between the hospital and the heterotopia works and its consequences. Doctor writing is also a beneficial attempt by self-conscious physician writers to intervene in reality from marginal space and to construct a new self.
