【摘要】：威廉·巴特勒·叶芝(William Butler Yeats)是后期象征主义代表诗人,二十世纪英语文学最重要的作家之一,同时也为二十世纪爱尔兰民族独立以及爱尔兰文艺复兴做出了巨大的贡献。1923年他因为“那永远富有灵感的诗歌,以一种高度艺术的形式,表现了整个民族的精神”而获得诺贝尔文学奖。叶芝是爱尔兰最伟大的诗人和世界文学巨匠之一。作为一位世界级诗人,叶芝创作了大量的爱情诗,有论者称叶芝写出了现代英语诗歌中最美丽的爱情诗。本论文在对叶芝的爱情诗进行文本细读的基础上,采用传记学研究以及神话原型理论等方法,解读叶芝爱情诗的语言、意象等内容,从而揭示出其复杂的爱情观及其包含的现代性内涵。本论文分五章分别阐明这一思路。第一章是本论文的引入部分,主要包括选题依据、国内外对叶芝爱情诗的研究情况、研究内容、研究方法和意义等。第二章,归纳叶芝爱情诗的主要内容。第三章从爱情诗的语言、第三人称抒情主体的角度,分析叶芝爱情诗形式上的现代性;第四章从神话运用的现代性、意象的选择两个方面,探讨叶芝爱情诗的现代感;第五章,承接前面内容,从叶芝本人经历及其爱情诗中提炼出叶芝灵与肉互相矛盾的爱情观。第五章简要概括前面几章的论述,得出本论文的结论,即叶芝的爱情观充满了灵与肉的矛盾,饱含丰富的现代性体验。
[Abstract]:William Butler Yeats is a late representative poet of symbolism and one of the most important writers of English literature in the twentieth century. He also made a great contribution to the national independence of Ireland in the 20th century and to the Irish Renaissance. In 1923, because of his "permanently inspired poetry, in a highly artistic form, He has shown the spirit of the whole nation and won the Nobel Prize for Literature. Yeats is Ireland's greatest poet and one of the world's literary giants. As a world-class poet, Yeats has written a lot of love poems. Some critics say Yeats has written the most beautiful love poems in modern English poetry. On the basis of the detailed reading of Yeats's love poems, this thesis uses the methods of biographies and mythological archetypes to interpret the language and imagery of Yeats's love poems. Thus it reveals its complex view of love and its modern connotation. This paper is divided into five chapters to clarify this idea. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, including the basis of the topic, domestic and foreign research on Yeats love poetry, research content, research methods and significance. Chapter two summarizes the main contents of Yeats's love poems. The third chapter analyzes the modernity of Yeats's love poem form from the language of love poem and the third person lyric subject; the fourth chapter discusses the modern feeling of Yeats's love poem from two aspects: the modernity of mythology application and the choice of image; the fifth chapter, From Yeats's own experience and his love poems, the contradictory love view between Yeats and flesh is extracted. Chapter five briefly summarizes the previous chapters and draws the conclusion that Yeats's view of love is full of contradictions between spirit and flesh and full of rich experience of modernity.
