女性主义意识的建构：对《黄色糊墙纸》和《她乡》的女性主义叙事分析

【摘要】：夏洛特·帕金斯·吉尔曼(1860-1935)是第一次女性主义运动浪潮期间美国知名的女性主义者和社会学家,也是著作颇丰的女权主义作家。她的作品享誉世界,影响深远,如《妇女与经济》(1898),《夏洛特·帕金斯·吉尔曼的生活》(1935)等。其中,《黄色糊墙纸》和乌托邦小说《她乡》尤为突出,作品反映了吉尔曼对两性的关怀,已受到越来越多国内外学者的关注。论文从女性主义叙事学角度出发,着力探讨吉尔曼的两部小说《黄墙纸》和《她乡》中所体现出的性别意识和独特的叙事技巧。吉尔曼是女性解放事业和社会改革的先驱,作为一名女性主义作家和社会学家,《黄墙纸》和《她乡》中匠心独运的叙事技巧完美地诠释了她的性别理念和她激进的性别观、社会观。通过不同的主人公的叙述声音和叙事视角,吉尔曼在《黄墙纸》中详细描述了男性话语权和父权制文化对女性的压迫,接着在《她乡》中她呼吁要同时解放男性与女性,建立一个和谐的社会。本文分五章。第一章是概述部分。主要介绍吉尔曼、作品《黄墙纸》和《她乡》,总结国内外研究现状,介绍本论文所用理论,主要论点和研究意义。第二章详细讨论叙述声音。通过描写不同的叙述声音,吉尔曼意在强调女性叙事权威的重要性,并批判男性话语权力对女性的压迫。第三章聚焦叙述视角。通过分析两部作品的男性和女性叙事视角,讨论吉尔曼是如何建立女性主体及纠正男性对女性和性别差异的错误认识的。第四章讨论吉尔曼叙述技巧的意义。最后一章为总结,吉尔曼在美国文学史和女权运动中地位显著,影响深远。她的叙述技巧传达出她的意识形态内涵。吉尔曼呼吁构建正确的性别意识,她的作品表现出她对女性的命运的关怀,对建成一片男女共享平等的乐土的美好期望。
[Abstract]:Charlotte Perkins Gilman (1860-1935) was a famous American feminist and sociologist during the first Feminist Movement. Her works are world-famous and influential, such as Women and the economy (1898), Charlotte Perkins Gilman's Life (1935). Among them, the yellow wallpaper and Utopian novel "her country" are particularly prominent. The works reflect Gilman's concern for both sexes, and have attracted more and more attention from scholars at home and abroad. From the perspective of feminist narratology, this paper focuses on the gender consciousness and unique narrative skills embodied in Gilman's two novels, Yellow wallpaper and her hometown. Gilman was a pioneer in the cause of women's liberation and social reform. As a feminist writer and sociologist, the original narrative techniques in "Yellow Wallpaper" and "her Countryside" perfectly explained her gender concept and her radical view of gender. Social outlook Through different narrative voices and narrative perspectives, Gilman describes in detail the oppression of women by male discourse and patriarchal culture in Yellow Wallpaper, and then calls for the simultaneous emancipation of men and women. Build a harmonious society. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an overview. This paper mainly introduces Gilman's works "yellow wallpaper" and "her hometown", summarizes the present research situation at home and abroad, introduces the theory, main arguments and research significance of this paper. The second chapter discusses the narrative voice in detail. By describing different narrative voices, Gilman intends to emphasize the importance of female narrative authority and criticize the oppression of male discourse power on women. Chapter three focuses on narrative perspective. Through the analysis of the male and female narrative perspectives of the two works, this paper discusses how Gilman establishes the female subject and corrects the male misunderstandings of the female and gender differences. The fourth chapter discusses the significance of Gilman's narrative skills. In the last chapter, Gilman has a prominent position in the history of American literature and feminist movement. Her narrative skills convey her ideological connotations. Gilman calls for building a correct sense of gender. Her works show her concern for the fate of women and her desire to build a land of equality between men and women.
