哈代《德伯家的苔丝》创作与人物特征研究

【摘要】：托马斯·哈代是19世纪末到20世纪初期英国杰出的批判现实主义文学家,作为英国文坛历史上的一名巨匠,小说被称作是19世纪现实派文学作品的巅峰。欧美文学评论家将其誉为"英国小说家里的莎翁"。长篇小说《德伯家的苔丝》是他一生中最出色的作品,也是众多古典主义小说中的传承佳作,本文主要分析作家创作中展现出的美学特点与人物悲剧价值。
[Abstract]:Thomas Hardy is an outstanding British critical realism writer from the end of the 19th century to the early 20th century. As a masterpiece in the history of English literature, the novel is regarded as the peak of the realistic literary works of the 19th century. European and American literary critics praised it as Shakespeare in the English novel house. Tess of the d'Urbervilles is the most outstanding work in his life and the inheritance of many classical novels. This paper mainly analyzes the aesthetic characteristics and tragic value of the characters in his works.
