【摘要】：正一自启蒙时代以来,关于技术的经典叙事一直是乐观主义的,并以工具主义与自由意志的耦合作为其基础,而悲观主义(甚或恐惧主义)则从来只是作为反叙事而存在,即使在某些时段(比如1960年代的反文化运动,以及今天关于环境问题包括雾霾的讨论中)甚嚣尘上。然而,通过悲观主义对乐观主义的纠缠与对峙而凸现出来的"技术失控(out of control)"的思想与想象,却已经构成了现代思想中的一个持续的困挠。在悲观主义者那里,这是
[Abstract]:Since the Enlightenment, the classic narrative of technology has been optimistic and based on the coupling of instrumentalism and free will, while pessimism (or even fear) has always existed only as anti-narrative. Even at certain times, such as the anti-cultural movement in the 1960s and today's discussion of environmental issues, including haze, there was much fanfare.
