【摘要】：正为规范中国外国文学学会及其下属二级学会的活动,兹根据国务院2016年2月6日发布的《社会团体登记管理条例》(修正版)第十七条("社会团体的分支机构、代表机构是社会团体的组成部分,不具有法人资格,应当按照其所属于的社会团体的章程所规定的宗旨和业务范围,在该社会团体授权的范围内开展活动、发展会员。社会团体的分支机构不得再设立分支机构。")以及第十条("全国性的社会团体的名称冠以‘中国’‘全国’‘中华’等字样的,应当按照国家有关规定经过批准,地方
[Abstract]:In order to regulate the activities of the Chinese Society of Foreign Literature and its subordinate secondary societies, we hereby refer to Article 17 of the regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social organizations (amended Edition) issued by the State Council on February 6, 2016 ("branches of social organizations," A representative organization is a component of a social organization and does not have the status of a legal person. It shall, in accordance with the purposes and scope of business stipulated in the articles of association of the social organization to which it belongs, carry out activities and develop its members within the scope authorized by the social organization. Branches of a social organization shall not be further established. ") And Article 10 ("the name of a national social organization shall be endorsed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State and shall be approved by the local authorities in accordance with the words' China', 'the whole country' and 'China')."
