论《沙丘花园》中鬼舞的文化抵抗策略

【摘要】：在《沙丘花园》中,西尔科对土著文化身份的诉求建构在传统文化之上。在后殖民语境下,土著传统文化则是作者进行文化抵抗的有效策略。作者将土著文化表征之一的鬼舞,刻画成书写身份话语的精神之源,在与主流文化的较衡中,彰显其存在的价值与意义。另外,小说中虚实结合的历史叙述方式,又直接切中美国历史书写的问题所在,表明作者意在探寻重建文化历史身份的可行性。与此同时,作者还将鬼舞转化为文化大同的符码,以体现其政治理想。
[Abstract]:In Sand Dune Garden, Silco's claim to Aboriginal cultural identity is based on traditional culture. In the post-colonial context, indigenous traditional culture is an effective strategy for the author to carry out cultural resistance. The author portrays ghost dance, which is one of the features of indigenous culture, as the spiritual source of writing identity discourse, and reveals its value and significance in comparison with mainstream culture. In addition, the historical narration of the combination of reality and vanity in the novel is directly related to the problem of American historical writing, which indicates that the author intends to explore the feasibility of rebuilding the cultural and historical identity. At the same time, the author transforms ghost dance into the code of cultural harmony to embody his political ideal.
