福克纳和莫言:狂欢化叙事的构建与阐释
[Abstract]:William Faulkner and Mo Yan are both Nobel Prize winners. Mo Yan, who is called "Chinese Faulkner", inherits, subtracts and develops Faulkner's literary and artistic creation means, at the same time, makes his works contain the elements of Bakhtin's carnival theory to a certain extent, which is in agreement with Bakhtin's carnival poetics. Therefore, taking Bakhtin's theory of carnival poetics as the frame, this paper makes a comparative study from the parody language of Faulkner's and Mo Yan's works, the grotesque human body image and the carnival women who walk out of the fence. Exploring the origin of the similar carnival narrative characteristics in the two works can not only show the universal significance and strong vitality of Bakhtin's carnival theory, but also provide a new perspective for the comparative study of the two writers' works.
