1940年代美国华侨文艺的论争及意义

【摘要】:美华文学在1940年代进入一个发展高峰期,美国华侨文艺界就"华侨文艺"有较多的论争。本文立足原始资料《美洲华侨日报》"新生"副刊、《华侨文阵》等对这一问题进行梳理,还原1940年代美华文艺界对"华侨文艺"的定义、文化渊源、素材提取、写作方法等各个方面的论争及观点的不断修正。1940年代美华文艺界对"华侨文艺"的论争反映了他们自觉的理论探索意识,为确立美华文学的独特内涵所做的努力。
[Abstract]:American and Chinese literature entered a peak period of development in 1940s, and there are many debates on "overseas Chinese literature and art" in the field of overseas Chinese literature and art in the United States. This paper combs this problem based on the original materials "Xinsheng" of the American overseas Chinese Daily, "overseas Chinese Literature Array" and so on, and restores the definition, cultural origin and material extraction of "overseas Chinese literature and art" in the American and Chinese literary and art circles in the 1940s. The debate on "overseas Chinese literature and art" in the 1940s reflects their conscious consciousness of theoretical exploration and their efforts to establish the unique connotation of American and Chinese literature.
