从创伤理论视角解读海明威的《太阳照常升起》

【摘要】：《太阳照常升起》是美国著名小说家厄内斯特·海明威以战争中的亲身经历为原型和基础进行的文学创作,反映出青年一代在经历第一次世界大战的创伤之后的生活状况和精神状态。自出版以来引起了学者们的极大关注,评论家从多个角度对小说的主题、文化背景、艺术特色等展开了大量研究。本文以创伤理论为依据,来解析海明威该部作品中的人物创伤,研究了兼具“作者”和“主人公”双重身份的海明威的创伤体现。其次,通过细读人物创伤,本文着重分析了人物创后修复方式,主要包括创伤书写、身份重建以及重建与他关系这几个方面。本文还从创伤理论中常用的自传性叙述、重复和隐喻这几个方面来解读这部作品,向我们传递出隐藏在作者笔下的人物深重的创伤。通过透彻的分析研究,笔者发现反映在小说中的人物创伤实则是海明威个人创伤体验的一个缩影,并指出海明威对该部作品的人物创伤描写实则是一种创伤书写,旨在缓解其内心的创伤情感以及“迷惘的一代”的创伤。
