库切小说中的他性表征与伦理重构

“他性”是当代犹太裔法国哲学家列维纳斯他者伦理学的一个重要概念,集中体现了个体对自我与他者问题的思索。传统本体论哲学的最大特征在于对“同一性”的追求,个体要解释世界,就需要超越个别寻求普遍;要改造世界,就需要超越历史寻求永恒;要实现统一,则必须超越经验寻求先验。于是,人们将“同一性”作为解释世界、改造世界的基础,以期为人类的前行指明方向。然而,同一并非真实世界的常态,而只是人们的理想状态。规范带来统一与前进的同时也带来了本质性的禁锢,而对“他性”的诠释不仅可以改变人们认识世界的视角也能够拓展对自我理解的深度与维度。本文以列维纳斯的他者伦理学为理论支点,通过文本细读的方式切入03年诺贝尔奖得主约翰·马克斯维尔·库切的主要文学作品,探讨在后结构主义彻底怀疑论盛行的时代,能否重拾传统伦理观照下的超验性、普适性与人文主义传统。列维纳斯扬弃了强调“主体性”的西方理性主义传统,他认为伦理道德应来自于他者,来自于自我对他者“他性”的负责与尊重,把他者的实际所需当做自我的第一精神诉求,任何个体都不应也不能将他者同化为自我的“同一”。本文以列维纳斯的几个典型性概念(如正言、已言、中性之声等)入手,以库切...
