马丁·艾米斯是当代英国文坛最具影响力的作家之一。自步入文坛以来,他发表了众多的作品,包括长篇小说、短篇小说、剧本等,是一位高产的实验派小说家。马丁·艾米斯也是当代英国文坛最具争议的作家之一,在文学评论界,关于其个人生活和创作风格的讨论已经形成了一个特殊的现象。《幸运的吉姆》的作者金斯利·艾米斯是马丁的父亲。因为马丁与金斯利的特殊关系,评论界曾认为马丁在文学界的成就与其父的帮助紧密相关。年少成名的马丁受到许多评论家的青睐,国内外对马丁作品的研究颇为丰富。许多研究者运用叙事学理论对马丁独特的叙事方式进行研究,还有一些研究者挖掘其作品涉及的欲望、生死、大屠杀创伤、媒体等各个主题。虽然有部分学者将马丁的作品与其父的作品进行对比研究,却鲜有人从其文学作品中挖掘其所受父亲的影响。本论文以哈罗德·布鲁姆提出的“影响的焦虑”、弗洛伊德的“创作家与白日梦”、以及一些儿童心理学理论为理论依据,通过研究马丁·艾米斯的父子小说中的父子形象和创作手法,揭示马丁·艾米斯经历了从被父亲影响,到承受父亲影响的焦虑,再到克服影响的焦虑的一系列过程,从而指出马丁在经历了这一系列过程之后,成功地取代父亲成为英国文坛上的文学...
