论简·奥斯丁《曼斯菲尔德庄园》中女主人公范妮·普莱斯对曼斯菲尔德的地方

　　18世纪末19世纪初的英国著名女作家简·奥斯丁的后期小说《曼斯菲尔德庄园》主要讲述了小说中女主人公范妮·普莱斯从小远离自己位于朴茨茅斯的家,寄养在曼斯菲尔德庄园的故事。国内学者多从女性主义与后殖民主义等角度对这篇小说进行研究,但很少有人探究小说中范妮对地方的依附。通过仔细研读文本,笔者发现,范妮对曼斯菲尔德庄园这个地方所表现出的情感变化呈现出一种“陌生—归属—忠实”的递进趋势,本文认为她对曼斯菲尔德庄园的情感变化就是一种地方依附(个人与环境之间的一种联系)的过程,即对曼斯菲尔德的“无地方—地方适应—地方认同”。论文包括绪论、正文和结语三个部分。绪论包括简·奥斯丁及《曼斯菲尔德庄园》的相关介绍、文献综述、论文观点、地方依附理论介绍、关键词界定以及论文框架。正文部分由三大章组成:第一章主要分析范妮由于对曼斯菲尔德庄园的陌生感而产生的无地方感。第一节分析了造成范妮地方感缺失的原因,即由于家庭贫困而造成的被动的寄养与漫长的旅行;第二节主要从三个方面分析范妮对曼斯菲尔德的陌生感,分别表现为她的局外感、孤独感、思乡感。范妮离开家乡朴茨茅斯,经历了漫长旅途,被迫寄养到曼斯菲尔德庄园,充满了对新地方的陌...
