论传统媒体与新媒体深度融合的路径

【摘要】：媒介融合是一个连续统一的过程,包括技术融合、产业融合、产业链融合、生产形态融合、消费形态融合等多重范畴。推进传统媒体与新兴媒体融合发展是时代发展和科技发展倒逼的结果,是传媒领域内部自发形成的一场重大而深刻的变革。当前媒体融合存在着内容融合仅停留在"克隆"层面、人才供需矛盾较为突出、体制机制不适应媒体融合的需要等问题。必须以理念融合为引领,以现代科学技术为支撑,以内容生产为根本,以体制机制创新为保障,做好深度融合发展的顶层设计,兼容不同传播媒介的传播特性与特定规律,统一配置内容资源,优化媒体融合生态系统。
[Abstract]:Media integration is a continuous and unified process, including technology integration, industrial integration, industrial chain integration, production pattern integration. Promoting the integration of traditional media and emerging media is the result of the development of the times and the development of science and technology. It is a great and profound change formed spontaneously in the field of media. At present, the content fusion of media fusion only stays at the level of "clone", and the contradiction of talent supply and demand is more prominent. The institutional mechanism can not meet the needs of media integration. It must be guided by the integration of ideas, supported by modern science and technology, based on content production, and guaranteed by institutional mechanism innovation. The top level design of deep fusion development is done well, which is compatible with the communication characteristics and specific laws of different media, unifies the allocation of content resources, and optimizes the media fusion ecosystem.
