【摘要】：【目的/意义】社会网络环境下,微博作为人们获取社会信息的重要平台,其信息质量至关重要。微博客中的信息质量参差不齐,建立微博信息质量评价标准体系有助于人们获取有效信息。【方法/过程】本文从信源可信度与信息质量的双路径视角,构建微博信息质量评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行指标体系的验证。【结果/结论】通过问卷调查和专家咨询得出各项指标对微博信息质量的影响程度及总体模糊评价,为微博信息质量评价提供参考。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] in the social network environment, Weibo is an important platform for people to obtain social information, its information quality is very important. The establishment of Weibo information quality evaluation standard system is helpful for people to obtain effective information. [method / process] this paper constructs Weibo information quality evaluation index system from the perspective of information source credibility and information quality. The method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to verify the index system. [results / conclusion] through questionnaire survey and expert consultation, the degree of influence of each index on Weibo's information quality and the overall fuzzy evaluation were obtained. It provides reference for Weibo information quality evaluation.
