【摘要】:传统媒体与新兴媒体的融合发展归根到底是人才队伍的融合发展和转型升级。针对于我国全媒型、专家型传媒人才培养需求,中国传媒大学在继续教育领域做出有益尝试:通过推动"旋转门",引进业内专家,提升学习高度;通过搭建"情境场",更新教学手段,挖掘学习深度;通过打造"一站式",联结多种需求,拓展学习广度;同时中国传媒大学注重将继续教育学部下设的特色新型智库——媒介与公共事务研究院与培训学院的培训相结合,形成以科研促进教学,以教学助力培训,以培训带动咨询的连环互动,激活促进现有传媒人才队伍转型发展,创新人才培养。
[Abstract]:The integration and development of traditional media and emerging media is, in the final analysis, the fusion development and transformation and upgrading of the contingent of talents, aiming at the needs of all-medium and expert media talents training in China. In the field of continuing education, Communication University of China has made some useful attempts: by promoting the "revolving door", introducing experts in the field of education, raising the level of study; By setting up the "situational field", renewing the teaching means and digging into the depth of study; Through the creation of "one-stop", connect a variety of needs, expand the breadth of learning; At the same time, Communication University of China pays attention to the combination of the media and the training of the Institute of Public Affairs and the Institute of training, which is a special new think-tank under the Department of continuing Education, to promote teaching by scientific research and to help train by teaching. With training to promote the serial interaction of consultation, activate and promote the transformation and development of the existing media talent team, innovative talent training.
