【摘要】：在2012-2016年间,全球有25亿人接入互联网,这些主要来自亚非发展中国家的新网民形成了正在崛起的"新十亿"阶层,深刻改变了互联网的传统生态和秩序,也改变了自身在互联网环境中长期缺席和失语的状态。与此同时,这一群体也推动着世界新闻信息流动从"国际新闻"的模式向"全球新闻"转型,使得未来的国际媒体向着信息平等多元流动,覆盖全球社群的全球化趋势、UGC崛起激发草根民众参与新闻制作的全民化趋势以及媒介融合与数字化转型驱动的全媒化趋势转变,这三大趋势也将成为中国未来全球传播战略部署和实践的必由之路。
