浅谈播音员的个性心理结构

【摘要】：每个人都有自己的心理特点,人与人之间的心理特点总是存在差异,播音员也不例外。播音员是党和人民的喉舌,由于工作岗位特殊,对形象气质要求较为严格,而自我调节和控制自己的气质性格就显得尤为重要。播音员要学会限制、控制自己气质中消极的方面,发展积极方面,锻炼、改造自己的个性,努力提高自身的素质和修养。
[Abstract]:Everyone has their own psychological characteristics, the psychological characteristics between people are always different, broadcasters are no exception. Announcers are the mouthpiece of the Party and the people, because of the special job. Strict requirements for image temperament, and self-regulation and control of their temperament is particularly important. Broadcasters should learn to limit, control their own temperament in the negative aspects, the development of positive aspects, exercise. Transform oneself individuality, strive to improve oneself quality and accomplishment.
