【摘要】：[目的/意义]通过梳理国内外个人信息管理行为研究,有助于了解国内外在此领域的研究进展,为后续学术研究提供参考,从而弥补国内研究缺陷和不足。[方法/过程]通过跟踪和选取国内外重要研究成果,采用归纳法揭示当前研究热点并对相关研究进行评述。首先通过概念辨析对个人信息管理行为的内涵进行解释,其次发现国外个人信息管理行为研究现状和发展动态主要体现为研究对象增多、呈现跨学科特征,研究内容更加丰富,行为影响因素的研究不断深入,多种研究方法相结合。最后对国内相关研究成果进行总结和对比分析。[结果/结论]在此基础上,未来应从多学科框架对个人信息管理行为进行综合研究,从用户认知视角研究个人信息管理行为特点和变化规律,关注用户个体差异化,构建融合情境感知的个性化信息推荐机制,有利于应对当前信息超载、冗余、碎片化的问题,从而提高个人信息利用效率。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance] by combing the research of personal information management behavior at home and abroad, it is helpful to understand the research progress in this field at home and abroad, to provide reference for the subsequent academic research, and to make up for the defects and deficiencies of domestic research. [Method / process] by tracking and selecting important research results at home and abroad. Inductive method is used to reveal the current research hotspots and to comment on the relevant research. Firstly, the connotation of personal information management behavior is explained through concept discrimination. Secondly, it is found that the research status and development trends of personal information management behavior abroad are mainly reflected in the increasing number of research objects, interdisciplinary characteristics, richer research content and in-depth research on the influencing factors of behavior. Finally, the domestic related research results are summarized and compared. [Results / conclusion] on this basis, we should conduct a comprehensive study on the behavior of personal information management from the multi-disciplinary framework in the future, and study the characteristics and the law of change of the behavior of personal information management from the perspective of user cognition. Paying attention to the individual differentiation of users and constructing a personalized information recommendation mechanism which integrates situational perception can help to deal with the problems of information overload redundancy and fragmentation and thus improve the efficiency of personal information utilization.
