基于GIS的重大公共事件报道指挥系统应用研究

【摘要】：针对新闻媒体中重大公共事件报道指挥工作的实际需要,将GIS与新闻应急报道业务结合,解决当前新闻应急报道业务中的痛点。对基于GIS的重大公共事件报道指挥系统进行了设计和实现,对业务流程、系统架构、系统功能等方面进行了研究,并在"9·3阅兵"新闻报道中应用和实践。实践结果表明,该系统的许多集成创新在媒体行业尚属首次,对重大公共事件报道指挥的工作管理模式、综合保障方法具有革命性的意义,对现代物联网式报道指挥中心的建设具有指导意义。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the actual needs of reporting and directing the major public events in the news media, the GIS is combined with the news emergency reporting business. To solve the current news emergency reporting business pain points. Based on the major public event reporting command system based on GIS design and implementation, business process, system architecture, system functions and other aspects are studied. The practical results show that many integrated innovations of the system are for the first time in the media industry, and the work management mode of reporting and directing the major public events is the first time. The comprehensive support method is of revolutionary significance and instructive to the construction of modern Internet of things report command center.
