媒体“资本主义”的特征及其影响

【摘要】：在新媒体迅速发展的今天,投资、并购、上市等资本运营行为较之传统媒体时代更加频繁。跨媒体、跨地区、跨所有制、跨行业、跨行政级别的媒体资本运营大戏不断上演,资本俨然成为推动媒体转型和发展的引擎。现阶段媒体"资本主义"的特征有:资本市场成为媒体的另一个"血库"、跨地区跨行业的资本运营频繁、新媒体视频产业成为媒体资本运营的"风口"、媒体资本市场上"马太效应"明显。媒体"资本主义化"符合产业和市场发展规律,有其积极影响。然而,资本运营也是一把双刃剑,把握不好,资本自身的缺陷就会发作甚至被放纵。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of new media, investment, mergers and acquisitions, listing and other capital operations are more frequent than the traditional media era. Cross-media, cross-regional, cross-ownership, cross-industry. The media capital operation drama of cross-administrative level is constantly staged. Capital has become the engine of media transformation and development. At present, the characteristics of media "capitalism" are as follows: capital market becomes another "blood bank" of media, and cross-regional and cross-industry capital operation is frequent. The new media video industry has become the "tuyere" of media capital operation, and the "Matthew effect" in the media capital market is obvious. The media "capitalization" conforms to the laws of industry and market development and has its positive influence. Capital operation is also a double-edged sword. If not, the defects of capital itself will break out and even be indulged.
